Intermittent fasting is a great way to lose excess weight, detox and clear your mind. 

What this entails is that you do not eat food after 7pm at night. Then when you wake up, you actually skip breakfast and push off lunch until 2. 

This will allow you to 'fast' for a total of 19 hours. Do this 3 times a week and you will notice a significant decrease in your weight. 

Check in with your primary care doctor if you have any health issues that may be affected by the mini fast, such as low or high blood sugar levels. 

Make sure to eat healthy foods during your 5 hour eating period. Feel free to eat plenty of food during this time. 

This mini fast will also help you sleep, because your body won't need to digest food while it's also trying to rest.

Try it for 3-4 weeks and see how you feel. On top of feeling great, you will also save time and money.  Again, please make sure to eat a lot of healthy food during your eating period, and stay on your Chinese herbs and acupuncture to keep you balanced.
