6 things you can do right now to be healthier, have more mental clarity and live longer

6 things you can do right now to be healthier, have more mental clarity and live longer.

  1. Start getting balanced once a month with Acupuncture AND herbs. Being balanced is how we stay healthy. Wade can read your pulse, list your health issues, and bring you back into balance. With at least one treatment PLUS some Chinese Herbs, you can become a more balanced body.

  2. Start doing yoga. You don’t have to go to an expensive Studio. Just buy a CD for $10, or stream it over the internet or your cable TV. Start doing at least 20 minutes of stretching a day. It gets your energy unstuck and flowing, to maintain balance.

  3. Cut way down on your dairy intake. To about a half cup of milk a day. Or a small slice of cheese, or a half cup of yogurt. Total. Per day. If you can, cut it out completely. Dairy products are like Elmer’s Glue to your energy. They gunk it up. They make it sticky and they make it concentrate. Concentrated energy equals matter. And not the good matter, but the kind that creates tumors, fibroids and cysts.

  4. Start meditating. Meditation calms the mind. A calm mind calms the nervous system. A calm nervous system allows energy to flow freely through your body. Allowing balance and health. The mind can stagnate and disrupt energy (qi) flow.

  5. Cut down on your bread intake. Start eating more rice (white or wheat). Eat more vegetable and fruit. Stop eating so much bread, cereal, cake, bagels, tortilla’s, etc.  The American diet consists mainly of Bread, Dairy and Sugar. This is the exact opposite of what you should eat. Look at most indigenous tribal foods. These are the healthiest for our bodies.

  6. Get some cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week. This means getting your pulse up to a rapid rate, and keeping it there for at least a half an hour. This moves energy through your body, promotes and increased new energy, and clears out blocked and stagnant energy. It also moves oxygenated blood throughout the cells of the body.

What will happen if you implement these 6 things is that your body will start to lean up. It will become lighter and a lot of your health problems, including aches and pains will start to disappear. Your mind will also become clearer. When the energy in your body become pure and flowing, it directly relates to mental clarity. When you meditate, you let go of a lot of the ‘noise’ in your mind, so the few thoughts you do have, become crystal clear.
